Bookings

To confirm availability and make a provisional booking please contact us.

Subject to availability your provisional booking will be confirmed by email. This will hold the rental period for you on a no-obligation basis for up to 24 hours.

If you wish to confirm the booking we will then email you the Booking Form for completion and return together with a cheque for deposit/final balance payment.

A 30% Booking Deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed. This is non-refundable. Full payment plus a refundable Security Deposit (£250 per week) are due 8 weeks prior to the booking date. If you are booking within 8 weeks of the required date, the full balance (including security deposit) will be payable.

Upon receipt of payment you will receive confirmation of your booking by email together with instructions for payment of any final balance. The booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.

Please note that if you cancel your holiday you are still responsible for paying the rental fee in accordance with the booking conditions. It is recommended that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance.
